Riki started his career in a corporate environment as a management trainee in the biggest general insurance in Indonesia and move to the biggest tobacco company as an area sales supervisor.

Moreover, he began to move into a startup environment by working in a customer success management function as a customer success coordinator in Indonesia's biggest Google Analytics Integration Partner and two years afterward, he move to the biggest Marketing Analytics Platform in CIS country as Customer Success Manager, and hold a position as a Head of People Success at Series B start up in Indonesia.
