Creative thinking becomes one of the main strengths for humans to be able to survive by bringing up new ideas in every problem encountered in our daily life, including in working environment. 

The fast-changing business environment requires a dynamic adaptation; either to cope with customer expectations, developing new product/service or even a new business model.
